Sometimes nature literally throws a haiku at me during my morning walk. This happened today:
Saving Cottontail
Rabbit darts ‘cross road
Great horned owl in hot pursuit—
My walk interrupts
If you’re not a walker, I urge you to take up the habit. It’s good for the body, brain, and soul.
